Gwendolyn is freeware. You can freely use it, and also copy the program and distribute it further. However, you are only allowed to distribute the complete and unmodified setup file, and only without cost for the program itself.
You are not allowed to modify the program in any way.
The author refuses liability for any losses and damages that result from the use of the program and liability for any loss of data entered by the user in the maximum extent allowed by current law.
No information about program functionality nor any other description of the program shall be understood as a legally binding guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose.
The database of given names that is included with the program is a separate work in the sense of copyright laws. René Brunner, the author of the program, is the sole owner of the copyright © of the database. Installing the program gives you the right to use the database by means of the program, but does not give you any rights beyond this, especially no right for publication.
